How does the podcast work?
The episodes of Rick’s bite-sized English are based around stories, and they are short and practical. This means you can fit them into your routine; listen while travelling to work, or on your coffee break, or even while you are brushing your teeth!
In less than ten minutes you’ll get an engaging story with rich, authentic language and you’ll also get a piece of language which you may not have noticed before. I’ll draw your attention to this and give you the opportunity to incorporate it into your spoken English.
Episodes
Each episode finishes by drawing your attention to a useful piece of language from the story and gives a brief explanation of this, its meaning, its usage and tips on how you can begin to incorporate this into your spoken English.
